Stokke gained fame after winning his first United States Title in Pole-Vaulting aged 15-16 years in the year 2004.

Since 2018, Speed has been dating with fellow Twitch streamer Lauren Scott. Lauren Speed-Hamilton founded her own company "The Speed Brand," A creative company located in Atlanta that supports artists through digital marketing, and various types that use social media. Speed also owns an hoodie line of merch together with her husband, titled "Hanging out with Hamilton. "
Melissa Cuevas - sister of Mark Cuevas - said in reply to a comment on social networks by a fan saying that "nothing in the show" has been written. Some of the episodes have surprised the producers of the show.
